Ask Miso is a daily check-in with a tiny wizard kitten who pretends not to care. Every card is a question about your day, never an answer about your future.

It’s not like I picked this card for you or anything.

The same little path every day. On Sundays, Miso looks back at your week with you.
Pick a mood (calm, happy, tired, annoyed or low) and how strong it is. Jot down what’s on your mind if you like.
Hold the deck for three slow breaths: in for 4, out for 6. That’s the shuffle. Your phone taps gently along.
One card for today, or three for a closer look: where you are, what’s in your way, what you could try. Both free.
Miso turns each card into a few lines about your day, plus a question to sit with. Want more? Ask a follow-up.
“Which part of today does this card remind you of?” One sentence goes into your journal. That’s the whole job.
Every Sunday, see the week’s moods, cards and lines side by side. Miso only sums up what you wrote, with no guesses about next week.
No app needed. Tap a card and Miso will hand you today’s question.

In the app, you’d write one line about it now. Here, just think it.
Miso is a kitten in a wizard hat two sizes too big. Acts like your feelings are a bother, then waits up for you anyway. All 78 cards in the deck are hand-drawn, and every one stars Miso.

Mrrp. You’re late.

Fine. What’s on your mind?

Slower. I’m not counting. …Four. Six.

Upside down? Don’t panic. I’m here.

Go on. Don’t tell anyone I was nice.

…You came back. Not that I was waiting.

Apple Intelligence writes reflections on your iPhone or on Apple’s Private Cloud Compute. If your phone can’t, Miso asks before using a cloud model, and nothing is kept. Say no and you still get reflections made on your phone.
Anonymous usage stats and crash reports never include what you write. Nothing is sold.

No. Ask Miso is a self-reflection journal. Each card is a prompt to look at your day from a new angle: what’s on your mind, what’s in your way, what you could try. Miso never says what comes next and doesn’t give yes-or-no answers.
No. Miso is a cat, not a therapist. Ask Miso is for everyday journaling and self-care, not medical or mental-health advice. If you’re struggling, talk to someone you trust or a professional. In a crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis line (in the US, call or text 988).
On iPhones with Apple Intelligence, reflections are written by Apple’s on-device model or Apple Private Cloud Compute. On other iPhones, Miso asks first. If you agree, the cards you drew, your mood and your note are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to write the reflection; they’re used only to answer you, never stored, and never used for training. If you say no, reflections are put together from card meanings on your phone. The weekly review works the same way and only sums up what you wrote.
Only on your iPhone. There’s no account and no copy on our servers. Deleting the app deletes your journal.
Open iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Ask Miso and cancel at least 24 hours before it renews. Lifetime is a one-time purchase, so there’s nothing to cancel. On a new phone, tap Restore purchases in the app.
Ask Miso is coming soon to the App Store for iPhone. It’s free to download. There’s no Android version.
